The Z5 is a propane powered, driven planetary floor machine built for high performance and reliable results. The planetary action is engineered for smooth operation and easy control, giving consistent outcomes across processes like polishing, grinding, honing, scrubbing, and stripping.
It shines as a polisher on concrete, terrazzo, and stone, operating at higher speeds than traditional grinders for faster maintenance, refurbishment, and repolishing. It’s also extremely effective as a stripper, using its powered planetary drive to cut through heavy layers of finish in a single pass.
Lighter and easier to handle than most grinders, the Z5 still delivers professional-level results. Its adjustable weight system makes it simple to tune performance and helps when rocking back to swap tooling. Designed to run wet or dry, with a foldable handle, integrated headlight, transport wheel, and adjustable water feed, the Z5 is practical in daily use. Pair it with HERO Z pads for a complete polishing system that’s efficient and predictable.
