The Better Way to Change a Brush

Changing a floor scrubber brush should not require reaching beneath the deck, finding the connection by feel, or wrestling a triangular coupler into position.

MagnaClick makes the process simple: position the brush beneath the drive head, align the tapered pins with the circular array of sockets, and press upward. The self-aligning geometry and magnetic pull complete the connection with a positive “click.”

When cleaning is complete, step on the release and lift away. The brush or pad driver stays on the floor, ready to rinse, inspect, store, or replace.

Also Works With What You Already Own

MagnaClick isn’t limited to new equipment. It's available as a retrofit kit for compatible ONYX floor scrubbers already in the field, so facilities can upgrade existing machines without buying a new one. A short installation video walks through the retrofit process step by step.

One Easy Motion

1. Position

Place the compatible brush or pad driver beneath the drive head and align the tapered pins with the circular array of sockets.

2. Click

Press the brush or pad driver into place. Tapered alignment guides the components together, and magnetic pull completes the connection.

3. Release

Press the deck-mounted release with your foot and lift the machine away.

Why Operators Will Notice the Difference

Self-Aligning Connection

Tapered geometry helps center the brush or pad driver for a sure, repeatable connection.

Hands-Free Removal

A foot-actuated release eliminates the need to reach beneath the scrub deck.

Built for Torque

Heavy-duty pins and sockets carry the rotational load without relying on the magnet to transmit torque.

Cleaner Connection, Better Results

A central water dispenser rinses debris from the coupling area and delivers uniform water flow for better cleaning performance.

MagnaClick coordinates three distinct jobs. The tapered interface aligns the components. Mechanical pins and sockets transmit operating torque.

Magnetic attraction retains the connection. We designed MagnaClick patent-pending architecture to make daily brush changes easier while improving the durability of the attachment interface.
